The rediscovery of ancient dishes , combined with the search for flavors that are no longer in use , have led our restaurant to be traditional but at the same time innovative in the presentation of the dishes and in the care of the ingredients.

Inside the restaurant there is also a small wine shop but with a wide selection of national wines to choose from both to drink during dinner and to buy.
