To rediscover the true flavors of tradition, chef-sommelier Mario has carefully selected suppliers to seek out the best raw materials to use in the kitchen and offers an extensive wine list in the cellar.
From fresh homemade pasta to fried food, we offer almost the entire menu in a gluten-free version, with attention also to other intolerances. There is no shortage of vegetarian and vegan options.
In 2015 we won first place at the Gluten Free World Championship and we are affiliated with the Italian Celiac Association with the Eating Out program.
Some of our chef and owner Mario's dishes have become, over the years, real musts. The eggplant parmigiana, the tartare, the sheep ricotta gnocchi, the rabbit ragù, the pork shank, our tiramisu.
